Visit the famous historical and archaeological sites in Cairo and Luxor. See the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum before heading south to Luxor by train. See the Hatshepsut Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temples, and Luxor Temple.
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by a Dahab Safari Day Tours representative who will help you at passport control, in the luggage area, and at customs formalities. Then you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in.
Overnight in Cairo.
We will accompany you from your hotel to an excursion where you will enjoy the sight of the great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, followed by a stop at the Sphinx, an ancient symbol of the pharos wisdom and strength embodied in a huge sculpture of a pharaoh’s head on a lion’s body. The tour continues to the Step Pyramid of Zoser, built 2630 BC, it is considered to be the oldest major stone structure worldwide.
After a stop for lunch at a local restaurant, you will be transferred to Memphis, which was once the first capital of Egypt and the center of rule and culture for more than 3000 years, founded by king Menes. You will also see the statue of king Ramses the 2nd. Transfer back to the hotel.
Overnight in Cairo.

We will accompany you from your hotel to visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which houses the world’s largest, most precious, and rare collection of genuine artifacts, including an exhibit of the treasure collection of king Tutankhamen.
After a stop for lunch at a local restaurant, the tour continues to Salah El Din Citadel which was constructed to protect Cairo from Crusaders and unite them as one front. Inside the citadel, you will visit the Alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali.
The tour will end with a drive to Khan el Khalili Grand bazaar. Transfer to Giza train station for departure to Luxor by Sleeper train.
Overnight on the train.

Breakfast on board the train and then you will be met and assisted by our representative, who will transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Then you will be taken to the West Bank of the River Nile to visit the two colossal statues (Colossi of Memnon), then visit the Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs were discovered. The tour continues with a visit to the Hatshepsut temple at El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple is dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut. Then return to your hotel.
Overnight in Luxor.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.
After breakfast, you will be accompanied by your guide to visit Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Then you will be transferred to the Luxor temple, which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for rituals and festivals and is dedicated to the god Amen. Then you will be transferred to the Luxor train terminal to take a sleeper train back to Cairo.

We will pick you up from your hotel, then you will be taken on a land trip for 3 hours to Alexandria. You will start your tour in Alexandria visiting Pompey’s Pillar, followed by a visit to the Catacomb of Kom El-Shoqafa. Then visiting the library of Alexandria from outside, which is the biggest library in the world, now with 8 million books (visit its open court + free museums).
After this visit the site of the lighthouse, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world and the Castle of Qaitbay. Then drive along the Cornish 30 km to see the whole city of Alexandria from the seaside. Stopover at the famous bridge of Stanley – a modern landmark of the modern Alexandria.
Then visit the old downtown of Alexandria and see the Royal gardens of King Farouk, the royal Palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek, and the royal beaches of the queens. Afterward visit the prettiest and biggest mosque in the city, Abou El Abbas Mosque, the unknown soldier of Alexandria, and the statue of Alexander the Great. Then return to Cairo.

Breakfast at the hotel and check out from the hotel. Then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
