Deposit and Balance of Payment:

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Egypt tour. And tour packages the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation should be received in writing email.
In case the cancellation happens before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received and will be deducted by the bank for transaction fees.
More than 40 days before your arrival, 6% of the deposit paid will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy

Children Policy:

Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises and Egypt tours
0 – 4 free of charge
4 – 9 pay 50% of the tour price
10+ pay full tour price as per adult person
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply

Policy 2: for sightseeing tours
0 – 4 free of charge
4 – 9 pay 50% of the tour price
10+ pay full tour price as per adult person

Policy 3: For Petra Tours

Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 12 years old: 20 USD only Less from full price
All children 12 or older are considered adults.

Policy 4: Jerusalem Tours

Under 2 years old: free of charge
All children 3 or older are considered adults.

Refund:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.
No refunds are possible for No-Show.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for the single occupant is available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The Contract constituted by the Company’s acceptance of the Client’s booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

The programs quoted on the average price of flights with approximate timings:
Cairo – Luxor at 05:30 am
Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 p.m
Luxor/Sharm (most time, it is connected flight via Cairo Airport)

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so,The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Tipping:

Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.

Complaints:

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (Dahab Safari Day Tours Egypt) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot.
